James Jardine is a security expert with a background in software development. James has over 12 years of software development experience with over 10 years focusing on application security. His experience includes penetration testing, secure development lifecycle creation, vulnerability management, code review and training. He has worked with mobile, web and windows development with the Microsoft .NET framework. He was an instructor for SANS and author for the Development 544 – Secure Coding in .Net: Developing Defensible Applications. He has held the GSSP-.NET, CSSLP, MCAD, and MCSD certifications.

James currently spends a majority of my time studying application security. With a focus on .Net, many of the posts will be geared towards .Net security. I will also try to cover other, maybe not so obvious, tidbits about my development experiences.
